Money Management

Budget preparation is taken very seriously at Sunrex Management. Our in-house accounting staff will work to ensure that an accurate budget has been prepared and is presented in a timely manner. On a monthly basis, Sunrex will provide you with a timely income and expense statement package that includes:

Financial Summary

A financial summary provides budget comparisons for the current month, year-to-date, and annual budget dollars remaining. This data is broken down with monthly and year-to-date details for each major category.

Copies of Paid Invoices

For your records, Sunrex will provide you with copies of invoices that show all applicable info and dates of payment.

Detailed Receivables Report

A user-friendly report listing those residents (if any) with monies owing.

Property Assessment Evaluation

Sunrex Management will evaluate your property’s current financial condition, including monthly income and expenses, reserve funds, insurance, energy efficiency programs, utility bills and any other costs. Once gathered, the information will be used to develop a financial management plan tailored to your needs.

Management Fees

The Service and Expertise Sunrex Management provides is available with the convenience of an all-inclusive flat rate. We also offer the first three months of services with no contract required, as a risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied, you are under no obligation to enter into a contract and may terminate the agreement at any time during that period.
