Rental Receipts

*Tenants who pay by cash or cheque and have been issued monthly receipts for rent from their resident manager will be charged a $80 + GST administration fee for year-end tax receipts.

If you require this receipt for something OTHER THAN income tax and need the parking included, please notify the office after you have submitted this request. Unless otherwise specified, receipts will be sent out by email. If you require a hard copy mailed to you, please provide us with your mailing address (below). If you owe money on your account, Rent Receipts will only be issued for money received.**
